Hi, I’m Juliet, and I’m excited to get to know you! But first, let me tell you a little about myself. I received my BA in Sociology from Loyola University Chicago and my AM in Social Work from The University of Chicago. I have a great deal of experience providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings for various populations, from young adults to veterans. Fun fact: I also have a background in schools providing social-emotional learning (SEL), mindfulness, and yoga for children and adolescents. I specialize in supporting children, teens, and young adults who have experienced trauma or are struggling with anxiety, school/college stress, or transition to high school/college. As a Latinx/e therapist, I find professional joy in helping clients navigate wellness in the context of their intersectional identities.

I am highly trained and specialize in:

Outside of the therapy office, I’m a certified yoga instructor and an avid runner. In fact, I’ve completed the Chicago marathon! Running helps me to feel connected to myself and the world around me. What helps you reconnect to yourself and your community?
