Hello! I’m Courtney. Wonderful to meet you! Here is a little about me… I received my BA in Psychology and Master’s in Social Work (specializing in Integrated Evidence-based Behavioral Health Care and Adolescent Mental Health) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Over the years, I’ve provided evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy with families at organizations such as Lurie Children’s Hospital Outpatient Center and Metropolitan Family Services. From young children to young adults, I find my professional joy in partnering with clients as they navigate the complexities of ADHD, anxiety, and mood dysregulation. I also focus on parent coaching for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD and/or anxiety.
My primary therapeutic approaches include:
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
Now, let’s get to the good stuff… I’m a world traveler and have been to 25+ countries. I love seeing the world through new eyes as well as getting outside my comfort zone. With all my travels, you could probably guess that I love food. Food helps us connect to our community and communities around the world.
