Full-Time Child Therapist
4 Positions Available
We are looking for Illinois state licensed clinicians (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, etc.) with 1.5-2+ years of meaningful training and experience in one or more of the following evidence-based therapies - DBT, ERP, PCIT, and/or PMT. We also provide extensive, high-quality, evidence-based training to all staff at the onset of employment and throughout their time with us to get up-to-speed in all the therapies we provide.
Young Child and Parent Therapist
We are specifically seeking two (2) clinicians who are or aim to be trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Kids (DBT-C). These clinicians specialize in working with children 2-12 years old and their parents. We are looking for clinicians who LOVE working with parents and find young kids a joy! This position requires on-site work with children and families at least 3 days per week.

Child and Family Therapist
We are seeking two (2) clinicians who specialize in working with youth 8 - 17 years old and their parents. This position requires on-site work with children, teens, and families at least 3 days per week between Thursday and Monday. The clinician can choose to see clients virtually, off-site, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please note that over 70% of referrals request in-person sessions, so your caseload will fill the quickest with in-person openings.
Candidates with the following training and experience are strongly encouraged to apply:
ERP for youth with severe anxiety disorders and OCD
DBT for children or adolescents
2SLGBTQI+ youth and families
These are full-time, hybrid (in-person sessions required) W-2 positions.

Pay
Estimated annual pay ranges from $67,000 to $105,000 if you choose to see 15 or more clients per week; pay also depends on post-master’s degree experience and your chosen caseload.
Total compensation is much higher when our many benefits are included (e.g., phone and computer reimbursement, employer-sponsored health insurance, professional development benefits, matching IRA, etc.).
Additionally, clinicians may seek to increase their pay by facilitating groups, writing, speaking, or adding additional clients to their caseload.

Full-Time Child Clinical Neuropsychologist
1 Position Available
We are looking for an Illinois state licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with meaningful training and experience in cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessment.
We are specifically seeking a Psychologist who specializes in working with youth ages 3-18.
Candidates with the following training and experience are strongly encouraged to apply:
Autism assessment, including ADOS-2 Toddler module through Module 4
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Testing, including IQ, academics, language, executive functioning, memory, and performance validity
Integrative Report Writing - Our reports are adapted from Stephanie Nelson’s format. If you do not have experience writing in that style, don’t worry - we will provide training!
School Collaboration, such as incorporated teacher reports into your evaluations, observed clients in their classrooms, and attended IEP or 504 Plan meetings.
Evidence-based therapy (Although this position is for testing only, we believe that well-trained neuropsychologists have some foundation in evidence-based therapy, such as DBT, CBT, PCIT, ERP, ACT, etc.)
Antiracism, anti-oppression, and ecological systems
All testing is in-person. Meetings with parents and schools 50/50 in-person/virtual. Must be available for in-person networking with schools and providers. Some classroom observations required.
This is a full-time, W-2 position.
